Lilo, Tennis Pro My review is about my experience playing tennis, not about the resort itself.   As someone who plays tennis often in a big tennis town (Charleston, SC), I can say that Lilo is a great pro. He is highly observant and will give you thoughtful adjustments about how to improve your game. He’s also just a lot of fun as a person and passionate about tennis. I highly recommend taking a lesson (or 5 like I did!) with Lilo.

The Frost bar. Mr Wilfredo!! Wilfredo (el fory) was amazing at The Frost bar. He offered me fruit while I waited for my sister to join me. Made an amazing drink and even switched the music to some American music for us for a while. He went out of his way and truly enjoys his job.

Spa experience at the Confresi Spa (Suma) at Lifestyles Holidays Vacation Resort The masseuse Suma at the Cofresi Spa at the Lifestyles Holidays Vacation Resort performed the very professional and high quality level of service seldom found these days. She is outstanding and my wife and I are looking forward to our next stay over and getting another massage plus some other services.  Note the staff overall was excellent also!!

That a ball!! The family and I had a great time at the Cofresi Resort.  The resort is huge!  Get to know a couple of the porters and you can call them for rides around the resort.  The staff is very friendly and accommodating.  The pool bars are a lot of fun.  The food is decent for buffet style meals, but you should definitely try the other restaurants on site.  Be sure to make reservations when you first check in.  It would be hard to say anything bad about the resort.  They try very hard to make sure you have a good time.  We’ll definitely go back!

Wonderful place beautiful people Loved it.  I read many reviews about this resort and there’s a lot.  Before I continue I must emphasise, the employees throught the resort are very helpful and friendly, they are very professional and gives you the most hospitable feeling, every one of the staff members I’ve met or seen smiled, waved, or said hello and was willing to help you or find someone who can.  You get the warmth of the island and the resort from the people.   “VIP” Gold. Is the way to go here.. “VIP” Gold. Has access to everything but I think one private beach, a couple restaurants and golf carts, that’s for higher level members, which is only a small percentage of the resort there’s more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Amazing We went towards the end of COVID so not everything was open but we loved it so much we are going back in 2 months! It is huge so do your research people the nay sayers that complain about the size or walking that’s on you for not looking into the details We had hot water the food was amazing but we are just happy it’s not Cuban food lol Pools are great people are great treat them with respect and you’d be amazed! Voice your room concerns they will accomodate you And people please Don’t give a bad review because your room wasn’t ready at 10am when you arrived  It’s like any hotel 3pm if it’s sooner tip them!  A little goes a long way Or go to a sandals  We love cofresi!
